Carlos Ortiz, Strategy Director at Envapro, will deliver the presentation 'Business strategies for innovation, growth, and profitability' at the New Business & Concepts auditorium at Ifema. During his talk, he will share success stories and key methodologies to enhance competitiveness in an ever-evolving market. Ortiz holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master's in Law and Legal Practice from the Universidad Internacional de Valencia.

He began his career at Deloitte, where he worked for three years. He later founded and led Aloha Poké, Spain’s first poké chain, for six years and remains a minority partner. The brand now operates over 35 locations, generates an ARR of €13 million, and employs more than 250 people. In recent years, he has also held executive roles in the artificial intelligence and robotics sectors, leading projects such as Goggo Network and Star Robotics.
