Victor Chico, the founder and chef, praises the art of duck cooking, starting from scratch by curing the duck using a process that involves compressed air to separate the skin, salting the bones, and glazing the meat with an exclusive blend of spices and sugar. After a maturation period of at least seven days, the ducks are carefully roasted in the oven to achieve the perfect temperature before being carved, ensuring a one-of-a-kind experience for the palate.
In addition to the tasting, Duck You will share their insights on the importance of delivery for their business and how personalized packaging, such as paper bags and greaseproof paper, among other details, enhances the brand’s image and customer experience.
