On March 11th at 11am, Mario de Lucas arrives at the Mychef stand for a top-level Cocina de Cerca. The chef and owner of the La Duquesa Restaurant will delight us with a spectacular charcoal-grilled venison loin with roasted sweet potato and truffle, a recipe where tradition and avant-garde merge with Mychef technology to achieve precision, efficiency and excellent results.
